DONATE TO RT

Donations from individuals, organizations, and businesses are what allow us to provide our programs and services to the neediest refugee and immigrant families in the Bay Area.

Refugee Transitions is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and donations are fully tax-deductible.  

Matching Donations: Many employers will match employee donations. Please check with your HR department.

Please make your check payable to Refugee Transitions. Our office will mail you a receipt once your donation has been received.

CORPORATE MATCH

Ask your employer if your company will match your gift to Refugee Transitions! Many companies have programs that allow them to "match" the charitable contributions made by their employees to qualified nonprofit organizations.

Check in with your company's Human Resources to see if they offer this option. If they do, please feel free to call our office at 415.989.2151 and let us know if you need assistance with any forms to complete the matching gift process.

3-YEAR DONOR CIRCLE

Support from our Donor Circle allows us to plan a secure future for our programs and services. For more information about joining the Donor Circle, please contact RT's office at 415.989.2151.

Chair: $10,000 per year covers the annual salary for an instructor at one of our high school tutoring programs, serving over 250 youth

Professor: $5,000 per year covers all summer activities for 50 youth

Teacher: $2,000 per year covers one-on-one tutoring and case management for one family

Mentor: $750 per year covers one-on-one tutoring and case management for one student

Counselor: $250 per year covers all training costs for 25 volunteers

Coach: $100 per year covers supplies for our high school tutoring programs


IN-KIND DONATIONS

We greatly appreciate computer and equipment donations.  If you have an item you'd like to donate, please call our office at 415.989.2151. Donations are fully tax-deductible and we will provide you with a receipt for tax purposes.
