Refugee Transitions assists refugee and immigrant families in becoming self-sufficient in the United States by providing services to help them attain the English language, life, job and academic skills they need to succeed in their new communities.
Our primary services are home-based, after-school, and site-based ESL and civics tutoring for youth and adult refugee, immigrant, and asylee students. We assist over 1,200 students and have a corps of over 250 volunteers. Join us today:

8/8/2013 - Yahoo! Mobile and Emerging Products supports End-of-Camp Carnival
A huge "thanks!" to all the volunteers from Yahoo!, Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church, and Refugee Transitions who made our end-of-camp carnival such a success. Over 40 RT students from age 4-18 were able to participate in games, enjoy pizza and sno-cones, win prizes, jump in a bounce house, and more!
